HOW MANY ITEMS CAN I TRY AT ONCE?

You can try a minimum of X items and a maximum of X.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO DECIDE?

The try period starts X days from when all your Try Before You Buy items are delivered.

HOW DO I KEEP OR SEND BACK MY TRY BEFORE YOU BUY ITEM(S)?

At the end of your try period, if we do not hear from you then we know you're satisfied with your products and you will be automatically charged. If you want to send an item back, visit your Blackcart customer portal and click the 'Send Back' button next to the item.

CAN I CHECKOUT WITH A PRODUCT I WANT TO BUY UPFRONT IN ADDITION TO A TRY BEFORE YOU BUY ELIGIBLE ITEM?

Yes, absolutely. Simply select the 'Add to Cart' button for the item(s) you want to purchase and the 'Try Before You Buy' button for items you want to trial.

CAN I RETURN THE ITEM(S) EVEN AFTER I DECIDE TO KEEP IT?

If you change your mind and want to return it - no problem. As long as it falls within our return period, just send it back. You can initiate a return the same way you would do so with a regular return with us - not through the Blackcart portal.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?

There is a $10 refundable deposit per order, which will be applied towards the items you decide to keep. The best part? No pre-authorized holds or credit checks. Shop risk-free!

I'VE SENT MY ITEMS BACK, WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?

If you have sent your items back, then the initial deposit is refunded as soon as the items are received. The refund should be automatic and may take a few days to be reflected on your statement once processed.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can find the tracking information for your order in the shipping confirmation email that is sent as soon as your items are fulfilled. Your order will ship as soon as the order is finished being prepared and you will receive and email to confirm.
