3Wishes Return Policies

At 3Wishes, we strive to make your shopping experience as seamless and easy as possible. While we pride ourselves on our quality and the control checks we have in place, we do understand that sometimes a return is in order. If you aren’t satisfied with your products, we do allow for returns or exchanges on eligible merchandise.

***Please review the following information regarding our return policy. ***

All costumes and costume accessories returned postmarked after October 18th are only eligible for store credit or size exchange when purchased during the Halloween window of October 1st through November 1st; to be eligible the items must be returned within 30 days of delivery date. ***There are absolutely no refunds on costumes or costume accessories between this timeframe. ***

In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package please contact us via chat, email or phone with photos within 7 days of your package delivery date. If no attempt is made to contact us within the 7 days via telephone, e-mail or live chat regarding the damaged/missing item(s), all items are deemed received and intact.

 Orders Purchased with 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns:

  •   All costumes and costume accessories purchased are eligible for a return or exchange and must be postmarked (in USPS possession) by October 18th.
  • Lingerie items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
  • All shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Any shipping charges you pay are not refundable upon receipt.
  • Return labels must not be affixed to the product packaging. If it is affixed to the product packaging, a repackaging fee of $4 will be deducted from your return.
  • Refunds or size exchanges will be given once the product is returned to 3Wishes. 
  • In the case of an exchange item not fitting please let us know as soon as possible. Exchange orders will need to be returned within the same window as the first initial order. Exchange items will not start a new return period. 
  • The 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns is only applicable for the order that it was placed on. **Multiple orders will each require this purchase to qualify. **

 Orders Purchased without 3Wishes Free Unlimited Return:

  •  All non-sale costumes and costume accessories purchased are eligible for a return or exchange and must be postmarked (in USPS possession) by October 18th.
  • Lingerie items are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. (See below guidelines)
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to a $3.00 restocking fee.
  • Shoe items returned are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee.
  • Sale items, stockings, bodystockings, panties, beauty products, cosmetics, pasties, and wigs are non-returnable.
  • Due to health regulations all sales are final on panties, teddies, hosiery, pasties, and wigs.
  • Original shoe box must be intact and cannot be used as the shipping box.
  • All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. All shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
  • All items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • Any shipping charges you pay are not refundable upon receipt.
  • If your item is not accepted, it will be shipped back for $8.95 at cost to you.
  • We allow for one return per order. We do not accept multiple returns at different times for one order. 
  • Return labels must not be affixed to the product packaging. If it is affixed to the product packaging, a repackaging fee of $4 will be deducted from your return.
  • Refunds or size exchanges will be given once the product is returned to 3Wishes. 
  • One exchange per item. Exchange items are FINAL SALE.

 International Orders:

  • A return label cannot be sent for international orders. The items can be shipped to us at your cost.
  •  All non-sale costumes and costume accessories purchased are eligible for a return or exchange and must be postmarked (in USPS possession) by October 18th.

  • Include your order number in the return address. 
  • All returns and exchanges are subject to a $3.00 restocking fee.

How to Return or Exchange a Product:

To return or exchange an item, first email us at support@3wishes.com to start the process. All orders that were purchased with 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns are eligible for free returns. Orders purchased without 3Wishes Free Unlimited Returns are subject to a $3.00 restocking fee. 

If your return is approved, you will be provided with a link to our return platform. When returning your items, please repack your items securely in either the poly-mailer you received your order in, or you may use an alternate box or bag, print and secure your label to package and drop at your local post office.
